Its surprising but the metal you wear also makes a lot of difference. No wonder the kings and queens wore crowns of gold studded with precious stones !! Gold is a chemical and magnetically active element stimulates the biochemical processes in the human body, while silverware – suppress them. Any effects on biochemical processes of fashion jewelry in the body – is not revealed. Given this circumstance, if a person feels tired, he had a disease of the cardiovascular system or kidneys, the best cure for it will be gold jewelry. It has been observed and confirmed by research that wearing gold jewellery next to the skin can improve and alleviate rheumatoid arthritis symptoms in a significant proportion of sufferers.

Silver jewelry plays a cardinal role reverse: they comfort and give a welcome calm feel.  Silver jewellery is useful for women who are prone to hysteria and instability of mood (eg, during menopause), as silver leads to normalize nervous system.  Silver jewellery helps fight allergic reactions and it also improves memory.

Normally, we see women wearing gold ornaments on the upper part of the body and silver ornaments on the lower part of the body. According to scientific principles, silver reacts well with the Earth’s energy, while gold reacts well with the body’s energy and aura. Therefore, silver is worn as anklets or toe rings while gold is used to adorn the upper parts of the body.

Today let me discuss the benefits of wearing kamarbandh and Various precious stones !

Kamarbandh: A seductive ornament, kamarbandh or the waistband is a beautiful belt that adds grace to a bride. The ornament is designed in a manner that allows you to hold a bunch of keys, thus signifying the assumption of authority at the bride’s new home. Although it is not worn by women on daily basis, it helps women control their weight. It even avoids accumulation of flab in the hip, thus helping in maintaining their figure.

Anklets & Toe rings adds more than just beauty!

Anklets: Payal or anklet is a traditional piece worn around the ankles, meant to announce arrival of the new bride in her husband’s house with its tinkling sound. Anklets also makes the women active. An anklet, which is usually made of silver, is a good conductor of energy. It works as a mediator between the earth and human body, making women more enthusiastic while sending negative energy back to the earth. By wearing the anklets, one’s energy is not wasted but re-vibrated back to one’s own body.

Toe Rings: Bichiyas as they are known in Hindi, are small, metal bands worn on the toes. They are a traditional symbol of marriage, particularly in Southern India, and are usually made of ornately decorated silver, and are worn in pairs on the second toe of each foot.  A particular nerve from the second toe connects the uterus and passes to heart. Wearing toe ring on this finger strengthens the uterus. It will keep it healthy by regulating the blood flow to it and menstrual cycle will be regularized. As Silver is a good conductor, it also absorbs polar energies from the earth and passes it to the body.
